ICAS is made up of a dedicated FAMILY who holds onto the conviction that, what we believe in our hearts makes sense to our minds. We believe that without Christ man is lost in sin and to purposelessness.
Our goal is to present Jesus Christ as the answer to the questions of the heart and mind.
OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH:
We believe there is one God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father from whom are all things, the Son through whom are all things, and the Holy Spirit who is the seal of redemption in every believer. We believe God has revealed Himself meaningfully and sufficiently through the person of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We believe in the canon of scripture, both the new and old Testaments as inspired, inerrant and authoritative for Christian living. We believe man is created in the image of God. We believe the image of God is defaced due to sin; consequently, man has lost the glory of God and is separated from God in relationship. We believe that separation is only restored by faith in the person of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We believe man is condemned to eternal separation from God in hell apart from the finished work on the cross of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. We believe in the Church as the body of Christ which is made up of all who confess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe in the ministry gifts of the Holy Spirit as active, present, and necessary in the church for the profit for all and the growth unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ our Lord. We believe in the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
